Well quite a bit of my older stuff was focused on my condemning Christianity. I had such disgust and abhorrence to organized religion, for many reasons; corruption, greed, bigotry, but as I grew older, I became more spiritual in nature, and discovered that all faiths and philosophies contain wisdom and esoteric insights with lessons to learn. I also realized that the problem is the Literal interpretation of the Bible, its Alegoric. and the blind faith of people too lazy to ask deep Questions

And I believe I wrote this as a flashback to my juvenile poetry. It had been a while since I wrote a poem directed at organized religion, and I didn't want to get too rusty at it. =)
