it's funny that you used same old same old, but I could only say it one time or I would be over 17 syllables. when people use that term they often say it as sameo sameo. It's a very popular phrase!

Just a good old colonoscopy…reading about someone’s mishap during the procedure made me anxious plus all that is going on in the world. Prayed for peace. Was glad to get it over with.
