I love writes about the rain and this one came across as "sparkly" and so pretty to me, can just picture those flowers with raindrops I guess :) -- love how you depict the transition of spring to summer here through rain-- beautiful in my opinion :) & thanks for your inspiring comments, Moses-- always happy to join your contests -- nikko :)

The first word of this haiku describes this poem perfectly, wish p.s would publish a book with the best haiku's soupers have written, this would surely be there. hopefully this coment will validate, third time of trying, Harry

This is very nice, and yet another one like mine, I see, that didn't make the cut. Dang it! and Yes, you are right. I am the one that never needs to worry about hubbie reading my poems. I mean,I'd love it if he enjoyed my poems, but at the same time, I can write whatever I want. hahaha. LUv, Andrea

I hope this won John. Mine didn't make it. In answer to your remark on my son's age. You are closer to my daughter who was born on March 2l, '45. I f you look at my blog picture you will see that I am not a mere girl, by any means. My favorite poetry subjects are my children, grand children, great-grandchildren and believe it or not three great, great grandchildren. Good luck with your writings. Love, Joyce
