David, you've written a fantastic haiku. You conveyed far too much information in only 17 syllables to consider. In the real world, time is slipping away, and we are in a cyclical relationship with it. Best wishes for the contest.

I think the essence of time healing is not entirely true, the reality being it merely blurs the past, but peoples love and the odd tear still shed remains real and new, cheers David
