Framed in the moonlight -
you appear ethereal.
Quintessential, beyond reach.

I shine no brighter -
than your starlit gaze. I say...
'the light shall bend to our will'.

Charlotte, you excelled with this great sedoka. The final lines of each tercet are outstanding as they highlight the crux of the matter. The overall theme of light is well represented in both stanzas, creating an outstanding extended metaphor. Congratulations on your trophy win.
