Notes About The Poem

Tania Kitchin's Bawdy Limerick Contest 7/29/23  A Collaboration with Belle Bellvue

Red Dog

Red Dog an Aussie of Gypsie proclivities
Pawed rides through the Outback without civilities
When he wished to depart
He let rip a grand fart
Then jumped from the car with much facility
                                              by Robert Gorelick

Red dog the regular hitchhiker
Once leapt up behind a bike rider
The driver rode fast
Until he got gassed
And Red dog flew off in a hyper
                                               by Belle Bellevue

I'd give him a lift any day, he's gorgeous, My car is equipped with nose pegs to guard against smelly hitchhikers. He does have a great way of slowing the vehicle so he can alight. Kelpie's are so smart. Loved your limerick Robert. BOL in the contest -should do well.

Lol. Aussies like you that made his brief life in the Palabra worthwhile. Thank you, Robert
