Red and White Polka Dot Umbrella

RED and WHITE POLKA DOT UMBRELLA By James Edward Lee Sr.

Wow! A rainbow I see it in the clouds
I am a little boy standing in the storm
right now I am alone
Rain is pouring down on me
I can hardly see it, but I can see
the colorful radiance rainbow brilliantly reminds me
Woe, colors so bright the reds, yellows, blues, greens what a site
This is so beautiful so pretty;
Going home to tell my mommy and daddy
Ah! A rainbow I see it now as I .......
I stand on this red bench
Holding this red and white polka dot umbrella
While wondering where my little sister Bella
She needs to see this
Boy, look what's she missed
When I get done, I'm going home for lunch
Having my favorite snack cheese pizza
With extra mozzarella covered with Nutella
I'm such an observant little fella
I am the boy holding his red and white polka dot umbrella
I got this covering me while I'm looking at the rainbow over the horizon
As I can hardly see but I can see
The colorful radiance rainbow in front of me
Wow! my Sunday school teacher says this is a promise from God
I stand on this bench
Holding this red and white polka dot umbrella
