Red-Rose Day

What we feel is as old as way-back Those novice days, no knowing much Made it sweeter than a first-date-lunch Wish I could make real our flashback On this red-rose day. Am sure I need you, but what I want Is my confusion, our first-last kiss Fleetingly put my heart in one piece, Yet my decision candle it burnt On this red-rose day. The next line sponsored my despair Your kind comes by once in a long while But I will put a ring on it and smile If we played truth or dare On this red-rose day.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
