Recipe for a Hero

Take a person, an ideal, and then stir. Place on an altar, ready to anoint. Be careful when you do - ideals can blur. Making heroes from men can disappoint.

It's an often a long trip from the pedestal to impact. Can a hero be undone by human perspectives? Nice rhyming Dave. :)

Thanks elle - I guess I still have heroes, but figure one day, I may see their feet of clay. Oops I'm rhyming by accident :-)).
