Reality
Life seems to carry on
Like the inevitability
Of waves diminishing sand
My mind seems to wander on
Like the hummingbird
Searching for nectar in winter
Neither dead of night
Nor haze of early morn
Can complete my thoughts
Or realize my dreams
Still,I will keep the light off
The candle burning and exhaling its fragrance
For in some simplicity
I may find reality
With much intrepidness
I may find peace
