Re-Desinging Rainbows
The color purple stops my thoughts, whilst pink can make them fly,
the color green is not the grass and blue no more the sky,
the color red makes me feel calm whilst navy makes me angry,
yellow's fallen off the sun and orange is not tangy,
my mixed up rainbow re-creates my world where dark and light reverse,
my wounds no longer feel no pain and my comfort I need to nurse,
touch me and I don't feel you, abandoned I found love,
the normal my abnormality, whilst at the bottom I'm above,
this altered state I find myself contented and at peace,
I fell through the looking glass a delightful place to meet,
when your ready to explore and let sanity depart,
come to me through this looking glass, the mirror of my heart!
