Raw wounds
Opened once again
The hurt, the pain
It’s all there
For everyone to see
Memories
Tearing, slashing
New scars in my soul
Never to be forgotten
I’ve gone through
All the hurt, the pain
Just to get where I am
But now that I know
I’ll never go through that again
The wounds will heal someday
But it will take sometime
For now they are
Raw wounds.
