Rambling

                            rambling 
                        is all he does 
           when drunk, which is often;
    nothing he says ever makes sense.
 don't be surprised if he falls like timber...
      you won't get a word in edgewise.
              please, quit the bottle, sir!
                          an expert in 
                            rambling
