This was painful to read. Not because it wasn't a lovely capture of emotion and nature, but because it hits too close to home. Thanks for sharing though Sara :).

When I lived in Texas, many years ago, I saw ice storms about once every three or four years! And they were terrible! This poem definitely reminds me of how it looked after the storm and when it begins to melt! I truly loved reading this delightful poem this evening my friend! What a brilliant poem here Sara, Great Work!!
