Ragnarock and Roll

The Earth goes rocking the moon around,
the rainbows' wrenched from the sacred ground.
The axis wobbles to and fro,
the dance of the Druids starts below.
The surface shivers and shakes the stars,
the trembling planets turn to Mars.
The war God howls and thunders forth,
bludgeoned by his fateful course.
     The universe recoils in pain,
stake through the heart of man's domain.
     Foundations falter, tumble down around
the cosmos thorny crown.
The shock waves travel the Earthquake line,
and silence holds the hand of Time.
