Questions Unanswered

Another day comes
another one goes
and when it will end
no one really knows
time marches faster
with each passing day
as I'm watching life
just slipping away.
The hours tick by
as into the night
hurting and hopeless
devoid of my light
I'm seeking answers
to set my mind free
should I keep trying
or should I still be?
Where am I going
and what should I do
am I a failure
who's washed up and through?
The rest of the days
that I have left here
surely are numbered.
my heart sheds a tear.
So much time wasted
so many dreams killed
I feel my heart quake
another tear's spilled.
The morning draws near
no answers I find
searching these chambers
alone in my mind.
Do I have value
and what is my worth
am I just wasting
my time on this earth?
Answers evade me
as time ticks away
my heart is weeping
as I kneel to pray.
Dear God please tell me
please give me a sign
am I just crazy
by my own design?
Will I be able
to conquer my pain
or will I always
feel like I'm insane?
What is my meaning
where do I fit in
before my life's through
why did it begin?
Questiond unanswered
I notice the sun
another day's over
another's begun.

Worry is of the mind, peace is of the heart, The heart holds the true power of God and your inner self. Seek toward the inner self, for the mind will paint your life into a no win situation. Stay busy, in something you enjoy doing, deny the mind it's domination of your life. Seems unreal, but your own mind will lie to you, while the heart is truth! Sincerely Moses

Don't be afraid to move on . Maybe what and who you think you need you do not. Maybe you are being held down or held back. Come out of your dark space Put your chin up smile at the world and get on with your new day. One day at a time you can do it. Ask the Lord and he will be by your side to help you. I have faith you can do this. Keep writing Robin it helps so much. Take some of the love you give to others and shower yourself with it. Smile and love yourself. Love and blessing, Carol

aww honey you know its a good verse "questioned" but you know the answer you're stuck in a quagmire of fear in a place where you don't belong (as you have discribed the sit to me) and you keep doing the same things and thinking you'll get a different result (the definition of crazy). How on earth could you be less valued somewhere else????? Find folks to help who appreciate all the love you pour over people. Don't stay around "drains" find a "faucet" to life with or at least near! Loves Ya

Robin, given some of the hardships you've experienced, it's understandable that ou question your purpose and meaning. However, if it is any consolation, your presence here on the soup brings comfort and joy to many. You help us conquer pain and erase our fears when we feel like we're going insane. Perhaps your mission from God is to inspire and help others. And it's a mission you have certainly carried out well. New hope can arise when another day begins. God bless you, love, Carolyn
