Questions

You who sit upon the lofty throne I prithee grant me three questions to ask "My son, I know that you are all alone But no, three questions I can't let you have" Perhaps, milord, you might just grant me two? For then I'll find out all I need to know "I know the pain within feels fresh and new But my response to your request is no." My God above, do you not hear my plea? Only one question to ask them, then. "You feel one question more will set you free But cling to me, for strength I shall thee lend." "For death shall come and go with but a phrase But in the very end, I shall then raise."

Wonderful Shakespearean sonnet. Almost perfect iambic pentameter, but I don't mind the diviations, it's quite good actually :) I also love the somewhat archaic language you used for it.
