I wonder if this ever got accepted. I have two forms I invented but I doubt they will let me have them here. Anyway, if this catches on like wildfire, it could happen for you! I had seen this one before and now I have finished your page three haiku!!

Yes, more by accident, I have submitted as a form. 3 lines. 4 5 6 ending with a question. I am curious to see if it will be accepted.
