Question - Answer

Question - Answer

Background
There is a vacancy for the post of police constable, hence interview is going on. Radhesham (R)has gone to appear before interview board. The officer asked R what was the price of 50 gram apple if the rate is Rs. 100/ kilo. The beauty of the answer to this simple question is revealed in this poem.

The Officer (O) asked R what is the price
of 50 gram of apple if the rate is Rs. 100/ kilogram.
R said if I have to buy 50 gram of apple
What is benefit of police job.

The O amused to hear the answer
He said if I go to buy, how much will I pay?
R said, "just Order sir,
I sent a whole basket at your home."

The O said, "Well, if your wife goes to the market.
How much will she pay for fifty gram of apple”.
R said, "Sir, I know her very well,
If she has to buy fifty gram of apple,
she will ask the price of fifty gram only”.

The O , "Well, if your brother goes to the market
how much will he pay for fifty gram of apple”.
R , “he goes to market but every time he buys
Only radish, eggplant, potato and raw mangoes”.

The O , "Well, if your sister goes to the market
how much will she pay for fifty gram of apple”.
R ,” my sister has been married for a long time
now she and her husband knows how much it costs”.

The O , "Well, if your father goes to the market."
R , “Sorry sir he has no teeth
so he eats only banana”.

Annoyed, R turned around & asked to the O
“Sir you will pay salary for one person,
But you sent the whole family to buy apples.

Laughing softly, the officer said, "Do you have any friends, R?"
R said, “Yes sir Sitaram”.
Officer , “Does he eat apples”?
R , “Yes sir if someone gives he eats ,
Otherwise where does he gets.”

The O said, "Well, if any common man went to buy apples."
As soon as the common man spoke, R becomes serious and said, “Sir you know the present status of a common man, can they be able to buy an apple?
Ordinary people sales apple, extraordinary people buyes .

The Officer, "R, you have dragged out the question for a long time."
R said, ”Sir I dislike the question from the beginning
That’s why, it has been so long to answer.”

I think this apple is the root of all eviles in the world.
Suppose Adam and Eve did not eat apples
at the beginning of the creation,
Neither I nor you would be today,
Not a hundred gram, not fifty grams,
Neither, you would be officer nor, I am R.

The result of the interview is
Now a days R eats apple every day,
But he sent fifty gram of apple to the O.
