Quaintet Doux Lamb
ground lamb
cilantro
garlic
brown sugar
chopped ginger
soy sauce
cayenne
rosemary
onions
fish stock
lime zest
lime juice
a five pound turkey breast butterflied, cut into a square and flattened, mix lamb ingredients and slather upon the breast, roll and ut into one inch pieces and bake in a 350 degree oven.
in a sauce pan combine
1/4 cup of white wine
pureed raspberries
sauce plum jam
vinegar
honey
ground ginger
garlic powder
onion powder
red pepper flakes
serve with spicyrice.......................................
