Pyro

The nights we ignited, the days we burned. Our words were kindling to jealousy’s flame, Ardent kisses to fervent tempers turned. A blaze embraced erased hopes of reclaim, When a soul incendiary loved the same. So we fed ourselves to our needy fire, Dancing oblivious on passion’s pyre.

Bernard, a passionate write, your first line is hot, romantic.. Love and jealousy, two opposites ends of the same spectrum that you muse about with fantastic poetic imagery and expression. Enjoyed!
