Purple Skies
Pale pink, purple and tangerines skies
At twilight and as the sun begins to rise
Such vivid skies as if painted by Monet
I adore the sunset at the end of the day
Soft pale purple clouds gently drift on by
A hint of pastel sunbeams catch my eye
Twilight arrives and now the day is done
I just love to watch the setting of our sun
