Pure Consciousness

Pond of utter stillness
	Placid pool of calm
Tasteless touchless tranquility
	Self-less senseless serenity
All attachments are left at the gate
	All disturbances desires and egoisms
All thoughts delusions ignorance and dualities
	All hatred envy greed and aversion
All suffering extinguished and blown out
	All rebirth ended
Pure consciousness pure intuitive silence
	Pure consciousness beyond all forms
Pure consciousness infinite ocean of no-self
	Pure consciousness transcending cause and effect
Pure consciousness pure motionless water
	Pure pond of utter stillness
Pure nirvana 
        Pure ocean of utter bliss

You’ve effectively captured moments of Pure Consciousness with repetition of words, together using ALL as mantra. I love its clarity, pond imagery & use of ‘less’ throughout. the ‘P’s give poem a soft quality with ‘t’ & ‘d’ giving process of Consciousness its assertive nature. I am so happy the poem connects with you. As you know, describing pure consciousness is an impossible task. It transcends language and words. Yet, all I have are words.
