PSYCHEDELIC INVITATION

Ping, ping—the echoes land,
I’m tangled in thoughts I can’t command,
Spinning circles on this crowded street,
Chasing shadows I never meet.
The silence hums, a crooked tune,
Words dissolve beneath the moon,
But there’s a whisper, soft and bare,
A secret floating in the air.

Tell me what’s honest, or just a trick.
I’m drifting here, lost in the grey,
Caught in the noise, but I’ll find my way.
Ping, ping—the signal’s near,
A flicker, a spark, or something unclear.

Neon trails on crumpled notes,
Lost in the blur where silence floats,
Words slip past like grains of sand,
Trying to catch what slips through my hand.
Ask me the why, or ask me the how,
Why write at all when the moments drown?
Drop me a hint, or open the door,
Tell me if I’m missing something more.

These words drift, they sway, they gleam—
Are they real, or just a dream to dream?
