Psychedelic Dried Pride
Purple reign
falling on fallow,
divided tulip fields
Lavender pain
drench the shallow,
paper fortified hills
Crimson parched lips
cling unto the violet dew kiss
of a long-anticipated
famine relief scarlet promise
Burgundy pillar hope
caught betwixt a rosy red sunset,
and a misty dawn twilight blue moon
Pale firmament ... daffodil nightshade notion
peddle Milky Way poppy devotion
Tidal pause cause the diluted pupil petals
to ere lunar syringe blossom too soon
Black silhouette emotions
darken the inner pistil silver crescent sky
Gold crest beryl pollen vows
dispersed by a burnt sienna proboscis lie
Rainbow fears of technical elevation
is rooted in opaque, atmospheric dreams —
lofty orange marmalade evaporation
Russet memories crystal tear light cobalt fading
betwixt the bent scaffold clay attic beams
Mushroom cloud of gamma salvation
is the poison ivy greening
of impending pulmonary doom
Palpable pastel aorta desire
paints the walls thinning
in the unvarnished panic room
Indigo teller windows closed,
due to the ledger tapping
of the purple reign
Psychedelic dried pride
is the numerical color of hex a gon insane ...
Cloaked in the chamaeleon,
glassy void burnished lattices of the brain
