Prophet Sharing

I was truly inspired by my Pastor's insightful sermon today! I didn't even try to sneak a snooze or let my mind go astray! He spoke of Ezekiel, Isaiah, Daniel and all the prophets of old. Could be said 'twas a "prophet-sharing" seminar he preached to his fold! Robert L. Hinshaw, CMSgt, USAF, Retired (c) All Rights Reserved

I loved the way you described something that most don't like to admit... falling asleep through a very monotone sermon! There are times, however, when you can really feel the vibe and passion from the Pastor... and it moves you in a profound yet inexplicable way. Good poem!

Robert Sometimes a moment turns in the heart and strays awhile;Like your pastors sermon has. Me...I was spec/4 Michael Ainsley once. Lost a leg below the knee in Viet Nam. in 1968. It was long ago,now I am a widow after 41 good years. Mary would have loved the tumbling cat. God Bless.

There is nothing better than an inspiring sermon on the prophets--or one prophet even! Good to know it kept you awake. :) Always, Laura

Very clever Bob! Fine couplet rhyming and your signature long lines. An excellent 'mini-sermon' from YOU today, my friend! Best wishes, Keith

I like this. I first thought it was profit - sharing. You know - one day there was a quiz about the Bible - 18 questions. I missed 2. I was so proud of myself. Thanks for sharing. Lucilla
