I breathe out; and inhaled your manly scent,
Your sensual touch takes my breath away.
In your loving embrace is time well spent,
Your lips brushed mine, a soft sigh had its say.
I heard you murmur, “ l love you, sweetheart. “
I whisper, “ ditto, in a breathy utter.
You kissed me; I gasp; next you hugged my heart
That moment my heart began to flutter.
Love had arrested me; I didn’t resist,
Willingly went without any restraints.
You convinced me that true love does exist,
I'm serving a life sentence; no complaints.
You are my friend, my lover, and my life,
It's a joy and honor being your wife.
