Prayed Positioned On a Perch
To church we had hurried and did go,
When outside God would let it snow;
He said if you can;
Make me a snowman;
Put my Son's face on and see it glow.
Did Drink Wine
We prayed to God with all our might;
Church choir came out to our delight;
Had great songs to sing;
His house down did bring;
We drank wine and bread had a bite.
Jump and Jiggle Like Jello.
To God have prayed and He said HELLO;
He did make us kind, merry and mellow;
Was not recognized;
In nature disguised;
His happy face jumps and jiggles in jello.
Sunday morning is approaching us again,
So at church God could save us from sin;
With Christmas here,
His Son will appear;
Do be of good cheer;
Rescue us from damnation in a lion's den.
Enjoyed my Savior who is in every shower;
To do things He did give us will and power;
Had read about;
Was no doubt,
How I always would love Him hour by hour.
Was prepared to meet God's alluring presence,
That I have desired in each and every essence;
What He made,
Away won't fade,
Enveloped in His loving enduring effervescence.
What God was tempted to do and then engage;
Make me have great performance on His stage;
Love for God came;
Had Him to blame;
Leading actor had been me some wise old sage.

Prayed Positioned on a Perch
What we did was start off having some search,
Looking for a lonely bird who did like to lurch;
Found eating fish,
Singing in Spanish;
Was partridge in pear tree praying on a perch.
Has A Happy Ending
Hallmark always does have a happy ending,
You to watch television set we are sending,
A Christmas Merry;
One happy and very,
And see again next week we are intending.
It is on the Hallmark Channel.
God gave me desire to write poetry did seem,
That later would turn into a lovely dream;
An Ice Cream Delight;
Truly a tempting sight;
Was a Colonial Triple Sunday Supreme.
Had one in Wichita, Kansas many years ago.

Rope Removed Hope
What I remembered was end of rope,
Had removed my life along with hope;
They did send,
Me to my end;
Had died and for life no longer grope.
Trump Did Lie and Steal
For Trump really sorry I truly do feel;
Has lost all of his respect and appeal;
More misery mounted,
Beyond being counted;
What he enjoys doing is lie and steal.
Were Mine All Mine
Remember when you were mine all mine;
Now you always have been hard to find;
To look for ceased;
You are deceased,
Once cared for children and was kind.
