Prankster: Than-Bauk

My boyfriend, Frank,
likes to prank me.
I drank flat beer.

Now it's my turn.
I did learn fast
to burn his steak.

Frank is to blame
for the lame pranks.
The game goes on.

Somehow I have a feeling this could escalate into something less than prankish, like those sitcoms that go far into the extremes. I'm horrible at pranks ... either too soft to be anything worthwhile, or too harsh to where I feel bad ... no happy medium. You aced this difficult form, Lin. Well done!

Lin, to me this is a difficult form, but your poem FLOWS. It's really good. I'm working on mine, trying to get rid of the "Me, Tarzan; you, Jane" effect! Janice

Thanks. Sometimes my mind visits Never Never Land and writes something silly, but this was a fun form to try. However, it will not be a favorite.
