Potential Of Love Long Gone
He lusted,
I trusted
What I promised.
Forever gone,
I never ever
Wanted him to leave.
He’s disappeared,
I know there’s no one near
To who he was.
Never will belong to me,
I longed
For the time we’d meet.
He has rested himself,
I always knew
How life, darkness bested him.
Forever gone,
I ever-longed
For me and him.
