Portrait of Time
i display my love like a painting,
from this canvass bound there is no escaping,
when your near these colors start illuminating,
they cover the old that have slowly been fading...
this i ask you because you asked me to take my time,
please in that time can we create a portrait that will only be yours and mine,
can we stand hand in hand and perfect every line
for all who see will know we are truly a one of a kind...
