Kernels popped in olive oil,
Butter-drizzled and
tossed with salt or Parmesan 
or candied as balls!
Versatile delight
in puffs of
white!

I am a purist when it comes to popcorn - salt and butter (even salt and EVOO) satisfy me just fine. Congratulations Andrea! :)

I eat a big bowl of it nearly every night. Organic and hot air popped and I use olive oil spray over it and a bit of melted butter. It's really nice with Parmesan , Italian seasonings and garlic salt!

Oh, I never had popcorn popped in olive oil. It's always just butter (or margarine if we're being cheap). Might be worth a try.

do try it. Olive oil is best for cooking. You can just eat it with nothing over it if it's been cooked in lots of olive oil. It'll taste fine even without butter added.
