Shakespeare said, “make
pieces of the beast and his
confederates”
My parents voted
today - filling out and then
casting their ballots.
It was a pleasing
privilege - even as an
anxious observer.
Their two small darts at
the heart of the snarling beast.
Saints let them strike true.
