Kai Michael Neumann's Point Of No Return Contest...31 May 25
We spend the hours in tinge of pale There's no tenderness quite right-- And more hazy moments prevail Growing dimmer like snuffed twilight. Although he's near the inky hues Splatter into unanswered coos: While this pained heart bears all To feel his cold of whispers diffuse. Shall we grate hours in tinge of pale? This time... let me request, The tiny stars to dart away Beyond the ridge of moonlit crest. My longing hands and warm embrace Can't fill his icy space --- How one-way is ardor's mantra Point of no return... I'm out of grace.

Your poem is so delicately haunting—it moves like fading light at dusk, with a softness that belies the deep emotional weight beneath. The repeated line “in tinge of pale” sets the entire tone so effectively it evokes not only literal colour but a kind of emotional fading, a relationship dimming into distance.
