E  njoining warm and genial camaraderie
T  hough from different countries and climes
R elationships are eagerly formed and kept intact
Y oung and old congregate here to share and fare

S  ome poets stand out as beacons of light
O  pening  new avenues and vistas of thought
U  mpteen are the chances to be inspired by enlivening verse
P  roudly I proclaim our fraternity with a thankful heart

We are like an extended family group, who support each other and surprise one another and who are proud when Admin chooses their poem as POTD. We can write a short note or letter to each other on soupmail, others have a blog, i fear I have been lax of late, but as do others i catch up with Poetry Soup whenever I can. I share your thoughts dear Jenny. I too am busy with all my house work, though retired. Sad that I am not in a position to read as many poems as I want. Still a day without poetry soup is an empty day for me. Thanks a lot Jenny for your very appreciative comment
