Pleading With Dr Suess

For those of us who can't eat pork
    or non-kosher birds, like a stork 

  We've suffered for decades reading Green Eggs 'n Ham, 'n
    Dr. Suess, please change that Ham, 'n to Sam, 'n

Like Alexis below, "I laughed out loud" too. Some what of a tongue twister at first. I don't know how to cook salmon, but your poem has motivated me to try. I bet Seuss would have known how to. As a veteran school teacher, I feel it is an inane shame some of his books were banned.
