Pleading With Dr Suess

For those of us who can't eat pork
    or non-kosher birds, like a stork 

  We've suffered for decades reading Green Eggs 'n Ham, 'n
    Dr. Suess, please change that Ham, 'n to Sam, 'n

I don't know how to cook salmon, but your poem has motivated me to try. I bet Seuss would have known how to. As a veteran school teacher, I feel it is an inane shame some of his books were banned.
