Playing God-Requirements: Patience

‘In the light
	I walk in sorrow
	When in night
	I seek tomorrow
	The path I follow
	Through mans turn
	It is hollow
	It will soon burn
	Time is a mark
	Of eons gone by
	And the future is dark
	I don’t know why
	I want peace
	Quiet to muse
	But the world won’t cease
	With its rowdy ruse
	When will it end?
	Why does it still persist?
	To turn and bend
	And never desist
	From the way before
	The long way to ruin
	Just wait a little more
	It will happen soon
	And I will be free
	From this pesky chore
	Of watching over thee
Ye now will be no more’
