Sitting here I think
With paper, pen and ink
I have never known
Where has the time flown?
Will I be the same?
Is this all just a game?
Pour me a memory
Play me a melody
And I will sing a song
Making it right each wrong

I drown in my sorrows
Thinking about tomorrows
But I know it'll be alright
As long as I can write
Come on and sing with me
As happy as can be
