Congrats Jan. I think you would have scored way higher, but I believe that sponsors don’t get to see photos/videos either during or after contest. As I said before.., she was phenomenal.

There is a lady in our area who is blind and plays the guitar, piano and organ. She played the organ at a ball game in Atlanta. Awesome winning work. Way to go. Thanks for sharing and for dropping by my page. Sara

Dear Jan, Thank you so much for this touching and heart warming tribute to this very gifted young woman. I wish we would change the label for adults with special needs to adults with different needs as their strengths and gifts should be our focus.

This is such a lovely tribute dear Jan to the wonderful, talented young girl. We watched it as it was one of my darling mum’s favourite shows. You depicted the whole experience for her so well in just a few lines. Absolutely lovely from your kind, generous heart. Hugs and smiles to you for a wonderful week. X :) :)

Thank you for the poem and for posting the video. It does bring tears to my eyes. Your poem is very direct and wonderful. I decided to spend less time working and more time here each week since it nourishes my spirit and I have done most of what I can for my employer. Jan, What you've done here is truly wonderful. Many thanks.

for some reason my eyes leak every time I get a comment Terry - I'm not sure if it will place in the contest as my take on piano is a little different to say the least, but I never know what my muse will come up with. hygs Jan xx

Lucy is a remarkably inspirational young lady. I was in tears watching her heat, and those heats of the other performers chosen for the Albert Hall, they were all awarded piano's as prizes. . I am in tears now as I type, it is such a moving story. hugs Jan xx
