Permanent Smile
If I found
the eternal permanent smile,
this innocent sap
of an open delusional heart,
I would always put it
ahead of all hurts
unhealed
through time ...
I would no longer harbor in
my smiling soul,
any kind of thing
that was decadent ...
To these things I would say:
-leave me alone,
I'm content now!
permanently
my soul would have
that incontinent response ...
God did for everything,
cure and remedy:
The smile that defies
incurable pain,
love that erases
unpalatable hatred ...
Since it is so,
I would take the opportunity to
say goodbye to all
sadness and I would say:
- Goodbye, see you maybe
in another world...
But, if there is
memory that I can
transport something from here,
carry with me suddenly
the permanent smile,
there, for the other
place...!
