A place of 7000 islands and natural beauty, know as Pearl of the Orient. Images lovely to behold, a rich and diverse history, of pearl diving and much more. History tells of, The Pearl of Loa Tzu, and his discovery of a huge pearl from a fourteen pound clam ! Over 1000 years old ! Oh, sublime the many sunny beaches, divine the flavorful food, colorful the vibrant festivals, beautiful in spirit the people, so rich the culture. Crossroads of the Pacific Ocean and the South Asia Sea, the Philippines is a place, where dreams can come true !
