Peace to you
Haven't been doing much writing.
No demons am I fighting.
Just sitting here watching time pass me by.
No question of why.
It is all about whether or not you try.
Taking life as it may come.
Do I have regrets......yes, some.
I don't live in the down
For a smile I traded my frown.
My heart is doing nice.
Since I melted the ice.
Almost made you smile twice.
Living for the now.
Cause at one point I forgot how.
Nothing I want
No visions that haunt
Each day nothing new
Life changed as peace grew
No more fear
Love is here
Alone....at times.
Sitting here making up rhymes.
I have learned to live.
A chance to give.
No fear of tomorrow
I have found my land of no sorrow.
Took so long to find.
Some peace of mind.
Acceptance of time gone by.
Times that made you cry.
All you can do is try .
Find the good.
Is that understood.
Don't dwell on the bad.
That makes you sad.
Peace comes from within .
No matter how hard it's been.
You can win.
