Here’s my piece of mind on what constitutes peace of mind: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Serenity holds the soul in its arms, a delicate hug of quiet grace. Contentment Unmasked and genuine in mirror’s gaze no need for pretense. Confidence Accepting the stillness heart filled with silent strength. Tranquility Bridging the gaps, fostering goodwill. Compassion Steadfast in the face of adversity navigating life with grace. Balanced A river of trust bridges constructed with tender hands. Harmony Advancing rather than merely surviving. Thriving Embracing my own skin every breath a gentle reminder. Being enough Wrapping myself in the richness of now every moment a gift. Gratitude Taking in the ordinary while strolling through the day. Unhurried Hearts heal in silence past wrongs dissolve. Forgiveness Core stays steadfast rooted in fertile soil. Resilence Remorse and guilt slowly disappear, softly fading like autumn’s leaves. Letting go A feather on my shoulder the weight of the world. Placidity Walking in His light silent comfort. Faith
