Paul and Silas

It was grim and gloomy Devoid of hope for freedom They were bound and thrown Into man’s maximum security After severe beating and humiliation In utter hopelessness But God was still saying something And so they did not give in to fear But chose path of prayer and praise And God who relishes the praises of His children Swung into action with an earthquake Rocking the maximum security prison To its foundation and unto freedom For Paul and Silas Whatever is your situation today Do not despair or give up For even when He is silent God is still saying something Take the route of prayer and praise They never fail to attract His attention Nor His saving Grace
