Heidi Sands Poet Acrostic

Patience

(P)raying instead of pushing forward something
(A)ltering routine slightly with a slower pace
(T)aking deep breaths with time to focus
(I)nitiating new things to stimulate the mind
(E)ntertaining fun things to wind down
(N)ever acting impulsively but thoughtfully
(C)ensoring thoughts with release of worry
(E)ngaging faith with purpose for what will be
