S it and relax at end of day.
E nergised by renewed hope.
N ever again to ever succumb
T o being abused by anyone.
F acing the future with a smile.
U pteen reasons to celebrate.
T he joys of living and giving.
U ncertainity will always remain.
R emember to count your blessings.
E mbrace often those you love.
