Parmesan-Crusted Grouper

Parmesan-crusted grouper A low country broil Topped with lemon and lime sauce A hint of garlic Brushed with olive oil Cheese to please Yum!
*Tasted this at a restaurant and now have mastered the recipe. Awesome fat-free way to prepare grouper. Has to be broiled near the bottom of the oven or it will burn before cooking. Entry for Sara’s "Low Country Boil" contest.

Of all the seafood ones I am reading, you have managed to make it look like one that I would want to try to eat. The parmesan and olive oil did it! congrats.

oh yeah! Grouper! Poor man's lobster! We got a place here that does a grouper sandwich that looks much like that but never tried it with the parmesan broil. Will have to try it. Nice dish Carolyn congrats on your win and for keeping me drooling till I get to my ... ...peanut butter sandwich..? ..... : (

There used to be a place called the Grouper House in Naples, Florida. It was a buffet and regular seafood resturant. They did have this Grouper on the buffet at times and it is exceptional. The Grouper House is no longer there though thanks to progress. Loved that place it can never be replaced. Just wanted to let you know I am workimng on a write for your contest and I hope to have it finished by tomorrow if the spots are not all taken by then. Have a great day my friend. Love, Carol
