Parmesan-crusted grouper
A low country broil
Topped with lemon and lime sauce
A hint of garlic
Brushed with olive oil
Cheese to please
Yum!
*Tasted this at a restaurant and now have mastered the recipe. Awesome fat-free
way to prepare grouper. Has to be broiled near the bottom of the oven or it will
burn before cooking. Entry for Sara’s "Low Country Boil" contest.
