Park

Pull off the path
stop the onward rush.
Come to the aside
don’t worry or fuss.

Enjoy the breeze
the smoke through the trees.
Take time to pray
fall on bended knees.

Stop the onward rush
Hear the forest’s hush.
The brook’s gurgling
chime is for all of us.
