Parable 1: On Rock Or On Sand

A man of good training and stock
built a house with foundations on rock.
When the wind it did blow
   and the waters did flow,
his dwelling stood up to the shock.

A house was then built upon sand
by a man who thought himself grand.
Then the wind it did blow
   and the waters did flow
with such force, it couldn't withstand.
