Parable 16

Finally the owner did send his own son.
The tenants who killed him thought they had won.
     So in his dismay
     the owner did slay
them, finding others the vineyard to run.

It's there in the scriptures, have you not read?
'The stone rejected by builders – instead
     became the cornerstone.'
     That's how it was shown
to elders and scribes and filled them with dread.
